BREXA Group Code of Conduct

The BREXA Group Code of Business Ethics and Conduct declares that the Group and its directors, officers and employees act honestly and in accordance with high ethical standards. All directors, officers and employees are required to fully understand and comply with this Code.

Sustainability Reporting Policy

The BREXA Group seeks to build longstanding relationships of trust with its various stakeholders and has accordingly adopted a policy whereby it shall promptly, accurately, and impartially convey not only information of a legal nature but also information deemed necessary for its stakeholders.
The Sustainability page of the BREXA Holdings website (hereinafter "this page") reports on the sustainability-related policies and systems of BREXA Holdings (hereinafter “we”, “us”) as well as specific initiatives and achievements regarding important issues.
We have published an integrated report with our financial and non-financial information that summarizes the interests of our shareholders and other investors and information that is of high importance to us. This page is positioned to report more detailed sustainability-related information. The content of the report is considered based on various global guidelines and the needs of stakeholders for information disclosure.

Reporting Scope

In principle, this report covers the fiscal year from January 1 to December 31, but also includes some of the most recent activity reports.
In this page, "the Company" refers to BREXA Holdings, Inc. on a non-consolidated basis, and "the Group" and "BREXA Group" refer to the corporate group including BREXA Holdings, Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries.
