Eliminating the boundaries of "work" and realizing a society in which each individual can fulfill his or her potential.

(Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Kenji Kamiyama; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") participated for the first time in the "GCNJ Summit 2026 -Fairness at work and home-" organized by the Global Compact Network Japan (hereinafter referred to as "GCNJ"), a country network of the UN Global Compact. -Fairness at work and home-" hosted by the Global Compact Network Japan (hereinafter "GCNJ"), a country network of the United Nations Global Compact. At this summit, practical discussions were held on "Fairness at Work", one of the priorities of GCNJ Collective Action 2030, which aims to solve issues by mobilizing the power of GCNJ members. A total of 430 people participated, 112 at the venue and 318 online, and 11 top executives, including our company, took the stage to candidly share their initiatives and challenges.
We have decided to participate in this activity as a company that has expressed support for the GCNJ's goal of "a fair way of working" and the BREXA Group's purpose of "eliminating boundaries in all 'work' and creating more possibilities for more people" because these goals match our direction.

On the day of the summit, Kenji Ueyama, Chairman of the Board, Chairman and CEO, took the podium to explain that the company views various boundaries in employment and career development as structural issues and is promoting the creation of an environment that reflects the voice of each individual. He also emphasized the importance of systematic, multifaceted, and multifaceted evaluation under a unified personnel system that is not influenced by the evaluator's sense of values, even for jobs whose results are difficult to visualize depending on the department or job title.
As a group that offers more possibilities to more people, we will continue to work to create an environment where no one has to give up on their own potential, in cooperation with GCNJ and other domestic and international activities.
