BREXA Academy CrossBorder Bogor Opening Ceremony Held - Japanese Language Training Center with a Capacity of 1,000 Students Opened in Bogor, Indonesia

BREXA Raya Indonesia (BREXA Indonesia) has completed construction of a new school building in Bogor, Indonesia.The opening ceremony of BREXA Academy CrossBorder Bogor ("BREXA Academy CB Bogor") was held on February 5, 2026, with the participation of the Indonesian government ministries of Education, Migrant Workers Protection, Labor, and Investment Coordination Agency. Also in attendance were 100 officials from schools in the Jakarta area and other local schools with which we have recruitment partnerships, as well as 200 Indonesian students studying Japanese at BREXA Academy CB Bogor.

BREXA Academy CB Bogor can accommodate up to 1,000 Indonesians who wish to work in Japan, and together with the 10 existing BREXA Academy CB schools, can provide Japanese language education to a cumulative total of approximately 3,000 people at any one time. The new facility will be able to accommodate up to 1,000 Indonesians for training.

Today, Japan faces the structural challenge of a serious labor shortage due to its declining birthrate and aging population. According to population trend estimates, there will be a labor supply shortage of approximately 6 million workers in 2030 and another 10 million workers in 2040, when the working population is expected to decline even more rapidly. In this unprecedented "labor supply constrained society," having young, motivated foreign human resources active in the Japanese labor market is an essential factor for maintaining and developing Japanese industry and social infrastructure.

BREXA Indonesia started Japanese language education and sending workers to Japan in 2015, and has supported a cumulative total of about 11,000 Indonesians to work in Japan as of the end of January 2026. Our goal is to match approximately 40,000 Indonesians with Japanese companies and provide education to them by 2030. We will continue to provide a full range of services from recruitment, education, and post-employment support in Japan with our own resources.

Recruitment] We offer the possibility of working in Japan to Indonesians throughout Japan who are seeking jobs by directly partnering with approximately 200 high schools and universities nationwide and by conducting seminars mainly in regional cities where there is an information gap. The above efforts also lead to the elimination of intermediate exploitation, and we are working to contribute to the improvement of transparency in the industry as a whole.

The distinctive feature of BREXA Indonesia's Japanese language education is the cultivation of practical conversational skills. We employ 10 Japanese instructors and focus on conversation practice by native speakers at all times. In addition, we also focus on understanding Japanese culture and developing work awareness, and always provide up-to-date education using our original teaching materials. In addition, BREXA Academy CB offers boarding and meals to those who are concerned about their finances and the possibility of working in Japan.

BREXA CrossBorder Corporation, a group company of BREXA Indonesia, provides support services for post-employment life in Japan. We employ approximately 60 Indonesian employees and provide support services to host companies and workers in their native language.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Azril, a nursing care worker who will leave Japan in March 2026, and Ms. Dona, a building cleaning worker who will leave Japan in February 2026, took the stage as representatives of the trainees and shared their thoughts and hopes for working in Japan.

Ms. Azril expressed her passion for her work, saying that she wants to work to bring smiles to the faces of nursing home users by treating them faithfully, and Ms. Dona said that she wants to work to help people live comfortably and safely through the building cleaning business.
