Notice Regarding Change in Parent Company of Group Subsidiaries
BREXA Next Inc. hereby announces that it has entered into a share acquisition agreement with a special purpose company of MCP6 Investment Limited Partnership, for which MCP Capital Co., Ltd. serves as the investment manager (“MCP Capital”), regarding the shares of its wholly owned subsidiaries, OTS Inc. and Sankyo Logi Associate Co., Ltd. The transaction was completed as of December 23, 2025.
Since its establishment in 2000, MCP Capital has accumulated a track record of more than 40 investments. Guided by its philosophy of realizing the sustainable growth of Japanese companies, MCP Capital provides hands-on support to address various management challenges from a medium- to long-term perspective, working closely with the management and employees of its portfolio companies to enhance corporate value.
