Background of new brand announcement and promotion
BREXA Group, while leveraging its expertise and scale as a human resource service company, has been working to address the rapidly changing social conditions and changing values of work by addressing the social issue of "difficulty in working in the mid- to long-term due to lack of experience and skills, even if one is motivated" and by rebranding the Group as "BREXA" in July 2025. In July 2025, we rebranded the BREXA Group to "BREXA" as a "human resources growth platform" to develop human resources from inexperienced workers into "professional human resources". BREXA Group's mission is to maximize people's potential by eliminating boundaries in employment and career development.
The "Four Declarations (BREXA's Promise)" to achieve this goal clearly state that we will provide continuous employment opportunities and long-term growth opportunities for inexperienced human resources, support career development with an eye on the next stage, expand training and learning environments directly related to practical work to foster expertise, and consistently support the lives and work of workers from overseas. The company has made it clear that it will provide consistent support for workers from overseas to help them settle into their lives and work. Through this large-scale promotion, BREXA Group will clarify the value it provides and widely advocate it to society.
Advertising Concept
The ad visuals have a simple yet powerful design based on the corporate colors of BREXA orange and black to catch the attention of people who use train and bus stations and bus stops on their way to work or school. Each visual depicts the challenges of "work" in Japan and BREXA's "promise" to address these challenges.
