Outsourcing Group Launches New Brand "BREXA

As previously announced, with the completion of the transition to a holding company structure, the OUTSOURCING Group will launch a holding company structure on July 1, 2025, with BREXA Holdings Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan).

This reorganization is intended to enhance group-wide synergy under the new "BREXA" brand, aiming for further growth and the creation of social value. In Japan, where the birthrate is declining and the population is aging, there is a serious shortage of labor in the manufacturing, IT, and construction industries, and this situation is expected to continue for a long time. In response to these social issues, BREXA, as a global brand with more than 120,000 employees in Japan and abroad, has developed a wide range of initiatives, including the development of young human resources, reskilling of mid-career workers, and utilization of global human resources. Under the Purpose of "Losing Boundaries in All "Work" and Creating More Possibilities for More People,Breaking down boundaries in employment and career development, offering new possibilities for working people.The Company will continue to make efforts to improve the quality of its products and services.
