BREXA, the company name, carries the meaning of “Break.” Then, what exactly do we “Break”? It is the boundaries that exist around the world—boundaries that prevent people from working freely. One such boundary is national borders. For instance, in Japan, where the birthrate is declining and the population is aging, welcoming skilled talent from overseas. Or young people take advantage of the experiences and knowledge they have gained in Japan and work on the global stage. We want to be a company that supports the careers of hundreds of thousands of people by promoting the mobility of such human resources.
Through BREXA’s business activities, we aim to promote global exchange and build a peaceful society in which everyone can work freely, and also to expand people's possibilities without being bound by the old common sense, so that no one is restricted in the field of work by age, experience, gender, or disability. This is the mission of BREXA.
To realize this great ambition, all members of BREXA must understand our mission and always be conscious of “Act with unyielding integrity.” toward society. We will take on the challenge of realizing our mission while adhering to the rules that each of us must follow. We will continue our efforts so that everyone will recognize that “we have been reborn as a wonderful group.”
We aim to grow on a global scale as a group that break the boundaries of work, to create possibilities for more people. Please look forward to the future of BREXA Group.

I have been involved in the human resources industry for a long time, but I don't think I have ever seen a bigger turning point in terms of "work" than this. 12 years I spent in Asia and Australia, returning to Japan in 2024. The last time I was in Japan, around 2010, there was a financial crisis and an earthquake, and it was difficult for people to find work. It was difficult for people to find their own "work" and companies were able to hire the people they needed.
Having been involved in the human resources business overseas for 12 years, I have always been keenly aware of the differences between Japanese and foreign attitudes toward "work". In many of the countries I worked in, people had diverse ways of thinking about "work" and tried to pursue their own individuality. I believe that employers were also flexible and tried to realize people's own "work" styles.
However, I had firsthand experience of the global labor imbalance: in mature developed countries such as Singapore and Australia, companies are finding it difficult to secure human resources due to the declining population, especially in the primary and service industries, while in growing Asian countries, although there is an abundance of human resources, self-realization of "work" is difficult due to the limited opportunities available.
When I returned to Japan in 2024, I was astonished at how different the Japanese market used to be. It is very difficult to hire young talents and experienced engineers. Young talents who are motivated but lack skills and experience, and middle and senior talents who want to make a career change have difficulty finding opportunities. Due to the labor shortage caused by the declining population that all developed countries are facing, there will be a shortage of hundreds of thousands or even millions of human resources in the nursing care and IT fields in the near future. BREXA is the one who is squarely confronting the situation that boundaries are being created in many of these "work".
We continue to hire, train, and create opportunities for thousands of new graduates and inexperienced engineers in Japan each year. We continue to support thousands of people from Asia by creating work opportunities in Japan and in other countries suffering from population decline. We will continue to contribute to society as a global human resource company that breaks the boundaries of "work" around the world and continues to create more opportunities and possibilities for more people.
