Since its founding in 1997, BREXA Group has continued to grow as a human resources service company, primarily in manufacturing and IT. As of the end of December 2025, it is a human resource growth platform company with 203 companies domestically and internationally, employing approximately 117,000 people. We achieve this through developing young people, inexperienced individuals, and foreigners, as well as reskilling mid-career professionals, with 20 training facilities and over 450 diverse training programs both domestically and internationally. In 2025, the group name was changed from Outsourcing Inc. to the current brand, "BREXA." BREXA Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takayuki Yamazaki) has established an integrated facility in Osaka to consolidate the functions of the BREXA Group, with the aim of maximizing group synergies.
Background of Establishing a Consolidated Group Hub in the Osaka Area
Until now, each company within the BREXA Group has operated independently; however, as part of our efforts to embody “Boundary-less Collaboration”—one of the BREXA VALUES—we have decided to strengthen our cross-group information-sharing framework.The new office will house five companies—BREXA Next Co., Ltd., BREXA Technology Co., Ltd., BREXA CrossBorder Co., Ltd., BREXA Engineering Co., Ltd., and BREXA Communications Co., Ltd.—all on a single floor, with a staff of approximately 200. This will promote collaboration across departmental and company boundaries, accelerating decision-making and information sharing.
Design
The design is based on BREXA's corporate colors of BREXA Orange, Black, and Gray, with a layout that assumes communication beyond companies and job types. By organically arranging open spaces and meeting areas, we promote daily information sharing and rapid decision-making, forming a foundation that supports Group-wide service provision.
Going forward, we will further strengthen our unified service provision structure as the BREXA Group, and deliver more possibilities for the growth of both companies and job seekers.
